Braussie was born from a passion for coffee and a desire to connect two worlds, Brazil and Australia. With deep ties to both countries, the journey began more than a decade ago, when we moved to Australia to understand the thriving coffee culture. What was discovered in Australia went beyond business. It was an appreciation for the craft, quality, and value of coffee that inspired us. Living abroad opened our eyes to how deeply coffee is valued across cultures. That experience inspired us to honor our roots and bring a piece of Brazil to coffee lovers everywhere.
Today, our family farm in Minas Gerais is at the heart of Braussie. With care and dedication, we look after our land and growing coffee trees, carefully taking each step to build the quality and character that define Brazil’s finest specialty coffee. While our roots run deep in Brazilian soil, our vision looks outward. We want to introduce our farm to the world and make our coffees available to those who share the same love and respect for quality.
Location
Our farm stands at the heart of coffee excellence, in the well-known Cerrado Mineiro region of Minas Gerais. It is recognized worldwide for producing some of Brazil’s finest coffees. This highland region, with its rich soils, ideal altitude, and tropical savanna climate, provides the perfect conditions for growing high-quality Arabica coffee.
At our farm, we combine this incredible natural environment with attentive care and sustainable farming practices, ensuring that natural areas remain preserved while we nurture our coffee plantations. Every step we take is guided by our commitment to quality, authenticity, and respect for the land.

In the cup, Paraiso is celebrated for its sweetness and balance, often revealing delicate notes of fruit and florals, complemented by a smooth body and clean finish.
ARARA
Thriving in the Cerrado Mineiro’s balanced climate and fertile soils, Arara combines strength with elegance. It is naturally resistant to many challenges faced by coffee plants, which allows us to care for it with greater sustainability while maintaining exceptional quality. In the cup, Arara often delivers a rich sweetness with notes of yellow fruits, a velvety body, and a long, pleasant finish—flavors that embody the warmth and generosity of Brazilian coffee.
